Duplicate or failed charges
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, or a verified payment succeeds but the paid entitlement is not delivered, contact support@pdfixo.in with the signed-in email and payment reference.
One-document unlocks
Because a one-document unlock is delivered immediately to a specific PDF/account, it is generally not intended to be refundable after successful delivery and use, except where required by law or where the service failed to provide the purchased access.
Subscriptions
Users can cancel future renewal through the supported account/billing controls. Unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise at checkout, cancellation stops future renewal rather than automatically refunding an already-started billing period.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued through the original payment channel where practical and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider or bank.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Final refund wording should be reviewed against the registered business location and launch markets before production.
