1. Agreement
By using PDFixo.in you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. PDFixo.in is operated by Eyestech.
2. Your documents
You retain your rights in documents you upload or process. You give the service only the limited permission needed to process the document and provide the requested feature.
3. Authorized use
You may only process documents that you own or are authorized to edit, convert, unlock, sign or otherwise modify. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your resulting documents.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your signed-in account and for keeping access to the connected identity provider secure. Do not share paid access in a way intended to bypass plan limits.
5. Free and paid service
Free limits may include page, file, download or feature caps. A one-document purchase applies to the identified PDF/account. A Pro subscription applies to the account while the paid entitlement remains active. Current prices are shown before checkout.
6. Payments and cancellation
Payments are processed by the configured payment provider. Subscription renewal can be cancelled according to the account controls and processor capabilities. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
7. Service availability
PDF files vary widely. We do not promise that every font, scan, encryption method, layout, form or malformed PDF can be edited perfectly. You should review the downloaded result before relying on it.
8. Prohibited activity
Do not use the service for fraud, deceptive document falsification, unauthorized password removal, malware, infringement, unlawful content or interference with the service. See the Acceptable Use Policy for more detail.
9. Intellectual property
The service software, branding and original site content belong to Eyestech or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service software to users.
10. Suspension
We may restrict accounts or requests that violate these terms, create security risk, abuse free limits, attack the service or expose us or others to legal harm.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every PDF operation will be error-free. Users should maintain source-file backups and verify critical documents after editing.
12. Applicable rights
These terms do not remove consumer or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@pdfixo.in.
